How do I change my Start Screen?
You can change the look of your Start Screen by pinning or unpinning items on it.

To remove an item from the Start Screen, touch and hold on it then touch the unpin icon.

To add an item to your Start Screen, simply touch and hold on the item and select pin from the popup menu.

To rearrange the items on your Start Screen touch and hold then drag and drop the item to the desired location.

How do I set a picture as my wallpaper on the device?
To set a wallpaper (only shows on the Lock screen): from the Start Screen, select the All Applications Arrow followed by Settings>Lock & wallpaper>change wallpaper. Here you can choose from the Camera Roll or preinstalled wallpapers.

How do I adjust the backlight on my device?
From the Start Screen, select the All Applications Arrow>Settings>brightness. Here you can change the setting from Automatic and adjust the brightness level.

Is there a limit as to how many Live Tiles I can have pinned to my Start Screen?
There is not a limit as to the number of Live Tiles that can be pinned to your Start Screen.

My display/screen's image is inverted, faded or discolored, what can I do to fix it?
Perform a Soft reset by powering the device off and removing the battery for 5 seconds. If the screen issue persists, perform a Hard Reset.

Something is wrong with my display; it goes dark after a few minutes of inactivity but my device is still powered on. What is happening?
 The device is going into hibernation. The device is still powered on, but the screen has gone to sleep to conserve power. To "wake" the device up, just tap the Power button once.
