The Lumia 820 is certainly no slouch to the 920 and I think the 4.3" screen really hits the sweet spot. Anyone going to jump on this one?

Although not brilliant Nokia Lumia920 as, but the Nokia Lumia820 mid-market positioning also has its own advantages and characteristics, include heart replacement housing, support for memory expansion and a cheaper price, and so on.
i LOVE my Lumia 820. What a great phone.
I've had mine a day and already come across a problem with it.
When I try to get into the Settings menu I get a blank screen, after 10 seconds it goes back to the previous menu, so I press Settings again, and the fault repeats.
I decided to turn it off and on, and it hangs on the Goodbye screen.
First time I pulled the battery.
The second time I tried holding down the volume down and power key to do a soft reset. It vibrated, and a big exclamation mark came on the screen, it then rebooted.
I could then get into the settings menu to add the Wifi I wanted to do.
Anyone any ideas about this error?
Is it faulty or something a software update will fix?
Thanks
