Battery Problems?

just got mine yesterday had it charging all nite, unpluged the charger battery completly dead,took out the battery, put it back in it worked fine showed full charge.for those having trouble with the battery try that.

Still bit new to the whole smart phone thing... I had exactly the same problem: battery looked completely dead after charging it all night. I tool out the battery, put it back in and it now shows full charge. Thanks for the tip!

I had to take back the first phone I got because of a charging problem. It took over 24 hours to charge. The replacement has no problem.

FYI: Have been using the Focus for about 4 months now and after having the battery fully discharge during a call it would not charge again. I would left it on the charger but when I unplugged it would warn me "Critically Low." I went to the battery diagnostics and it showed 0% on every option. Removed battery twice and reseated and then it finally came back showing full charge and the diagnostic reading correctly. Now we will see if it holds.
