Cloud-free sync with Outlook?

Is there a way to sync Windows phone 8 directly with outlook, without using cloud? This is a must-have for me.. Thanks

Yes, I recently found Akruto Sync that provides a cloudless sync of your contacts, tasks and calendar. It works without a glitch (I used it for about a month). I am really glad someone is finally offering the alternative to cloud! You can find it here: www.akruto.com

Outlook Express or real Outlook? And who is your email provider?

Yes, real Outlook. I am not using Outlook Connector because i am not syncing with Windows Live. The point of Akruto is that it syncs windows phone with outlook without cloud. In other words, Akruto provides direct local sync of windows phone with outlook.
