Windows mobile dialer

[h=2]The Phone Dialer in Outlook will dial Outlook Contacts using an internal voice modem attached to a land line.
When my Mobile Phone Samsung SGH-i917 is attached via USB to my computer in Tethered mode it appears as a Samsung Mobile Modem with the same attributes as an internal modem.
How can I get the Phone Dialer in Outlook to initialize and dial from the Samsung SGH-i917 Mobile Modem?[/h]
