Sync with Outlook

As mentioned above, the best and perhaps only way to do a calendar and contact sync to your PC is to use "Outlook Connector" and bring your contacts into the "Live/Hotmail" account. Good news is that when you do this, and particularly you set the "Live/Hotmail" calendar as your default, it syncs everything but "Notes" continuoulsy and effortlessley. It is almost as good as Exchange server. From what I understand, Windows Phone 8 will have direct linking as well. That will be nice.
I have a bunch of Outlook contacts in my phone from an old job that are connected to my old job Exchanged server. Naturally, my old job cut me off so all of these contacts and calendar appointments and events are orphaned in my phone. I don't know how to get them from my exchange account on my phone to my live account so that I can make them active and sync them. If anyone has any Ideas, I'm open.

You might want to post which OS you are using. That may make a difference in the advice you get. I finally bought a program called CompanionLink and it works cross platforms and with Outlook. You might give that a try.

Thanks aximtreo for responding, I'm trying to get the contacts off my Windows Phone that were previously connected to my old company's exchange server, over to either outlook on my PC or to my live account on my phone. It appears that this software syncs Outlook personal folders to Outlook Live and then uses "Live" to bring contacts into the phone. Not so much of a OS issue (Since I have access to XP Pro, Vista, and W7 Pro) but more of a Windows phone 7.5 issue. The phone won't let me reconfigure the Exchange information on my phone other than Password.

By the way, I downloaded and purchased "Export Conacts" It worked great! It has provision for syncning to Outlook, but my main purpose was to export all of my old contacts out of my phone. I just got a new WP8 Phone and can easily bring those in via Live, or Google contacts.
