Palm Treo 750...the Focus w/ W7 is such an improvement from the Treo, its just amazing. I even got one for my wife who isn't a techy person and she is having a great time with it. The screen clarity & size is excellent and its very easy to use.

I had a Motorola Razor V3xx and really liked it, but wanted to do more with my phone so I got the Samsung Focus.

Had an HTC Tilt 2 that was getting a little long in the tooth. Actually I went with an Android and found that I couldn't hands free voice dial with my BT because it only had 2.1 but in the store I was trying to make up my mind between the Android and the WP7 so the voice dial did it.

On the Tilt I had Microsoft's voice dial app and liked it better than the default on the Focus. Better feed back. But I still wish incoming calls could announce the callers name if they're in the phonebook rather than the number.

Nokia E63. I "almost" hated giving it up because ATT did not classify it as a "smartphone" and I received unlimited internet for $10 a month. It also had great battery live and reception.

I am really enjoying the Focus though, I just hope they get a few things fixed...

iphone3G...would have upgraded to iphone4, however too similar and like the dynamic OS of WP7 (especially on the focus). Considered android, although did not want a phone that was also too similar to IOS (although you could customize). Very happy with WP7 so far....

I happened to be in a Radio Shack yesterday, and when I cruised by the cellphone section, a helpful associate asked if I needed any assistance. I didn't, but pretended like I was looking for the Samsung Focus (which I already have). He said he wasn't sure if they had it and went to check. "Sorry, all we have is the LG Quantum." "Oh, well that isn't quite the same thing." "No, it sure isn't." LOL

I came from a BlackBerry Pearl, via a go phone.

I had the BlackBerry for a while, but it was never the same after it got mixed in with the laundry.

It finally died last August, in Wendover UT, the only thing I could get in town was a Go Phone, that I finally couldn't stand anymore, so I bought a Samsung Focus.

So far it's been mostly good, part of that is me learning to type, quickly (perhaps that's just "less slowly") on a touchscreen.

Used Blackberry Bold for a year, switched to Samsung Captivate 12-27-2010, then to Focus 12/31. The Captivate kept powering off without permission.

My previous phone was samsung duos ,
now i replaced this with my new phone NOKAI LUMIA 808 pure view phone.
'Cos of the camera quality and great features offered by the phone,i really impressed with the picture quality of the same and
of course its processor is too good to operate with it.
