Apparently, Microsoft is going to spend part of its new $200+ Million dollar ad budget on a new aggressive marketing campaign. Apparently, they already kicked it off at CES this year. The ad campaign follows in the footsteps of their "Smoked by Windows Phone" Challenge contest they held during CES this year. Their new full-blown ad campaign will follow a similar idea. Here's what the PhoneArena article said on the subject,

Starting this week, a series of 12 advertisements will be up and rolling on major tech web sites, as well as on the Windows Phone Facebook page, reports the Seattle Times.

The purpose of the advertisements is to convince people that Windows Phone is much faster at performing every day tasks when compared to the iPhone, Android smartphones, or any other type of handset on the market. You know, much like the original “Smoked by Windows Phone” challenge.
Interestingly, the challenge went very well for Microsoft at the CES event, as nearly every single challenger fell to the new Windows Phone OS running on an HTC Titan.
